This is what I've got on the ocean cloudscape so far. It's getting there, slowly. I'd prefer it to be faster, but there's not much I can do with moving and all.

I'm trying to get the painting to loosen up. It's too stiff for my liking...and I'm blaming the digital reference I'm using. Daggum cameras and their color distortion. If I had pretty landscape to work from, I'd plein air reference everything I paint large scale. >:I
For now, I'm learning to gather inspiration from cityscapes to prepare me for my 4+ years spending time at Baylor.
