I really love blackbirds. They used to sing outside my window in Holland. :)

I've discovered that sketching roses with pen is very difficult, and it doesn't come out looking like roses.

I donated blood today, made lumpy bowls in the clay room at MCC with Abby on cool potter wheels, put pieces of bark that looked like turd on someone's car, smeared chocolate on my face like a Hitler mustache (Abby's choco-mustache was my inspiration), and conducted the rubber-chicken-dance at the Valentine's banquet. Oh yeah.
