I like stating things openly in my art because I rarely state anything bluntly in reality. I dance around stating something matter-of-factly because I'm afraid my words will be thrown back at me. And then sometimes I really don't care, and I'll be as blunt as my art is.
Norma jean has been rolling through my head today: "We're broken here; we're ruined here."
Too bad it's so horribly and halfheartedly drawn. :I
